Application Processing
Moderation takes 5 working days. If documents do not correspond to one another, they will be returned for revision.

Decision by the General Meeting of Association Members
Within 10 business days, you will receive an email response from the commission indicating whether your application has been approved or rejected

Confirmation
After signing the Agreement, you will proceed to make the payment for the initiation and annual membership contributions.
For Future QazAI Members
1. Within 3 (three) working days from the date of signing the Agreement, please provide information on the staff count and/or statistical reporting (with the documentation confirming the accuracy of data), with subsequent updates every year.
2. Within 10 (ten) working days from the date of signing the Agreement, please pay the entrance fee amounting to 10% of the annual membership contribution.
3. Pay the annual membership contribution. The amount of the annual membership contribution is calculated based on the number of employees of the Association member and 5 (five) times the Monthly Calculation Index (for the corresponding financial year) and is determined as follows:
- Up to 50 employees – 50*5 MCI;
- From 51 to 100 employees – 100*5 MCI;
- From 101 to 200 employees – 200*5 MCI;
- From 201 to 300 employees – 300*5 MCI;
- From 301 to 400 employees – 400*5 MCI;
- From 401 to 500 employees – 500*5 MCI;
- From 501 to 600 employees – 600*5 MCI;
- From 601 to 700 employees – 700*5 MCI;
- 701 employees and more – 1000*5 MCI.
